Description

A subcontractor agreement of this type is a legal contract between the contractor and the subcontractor where the contractor hires a subcontractor to perform certain work on a job that the contractor has contracted to perform. A contractor usually is responsible for the supplying of all material, labour, equipment and service necessary for the construction of the project. It is common for the contractor to subcontract part of the work to other persons or companies that specialize in these types of work.
